Jamie and Max Mirnyi have exited the Pilot Pen event in New Haven at the first round stage after a 7-6 5-7 8-10 defeat to Guillermo Garcia-Lopez and Fernando Verdasco.

They'll now turn their attentions to the US Open, which gets underway next week.
