Jamie and Simon Aspelin have continued their strong start at the Cincinnati Masters, this time with a 6-3 7-6 (5) win over seventh  seeds Martin Damm and Pavel Vizner.

The victory moves them into the quarter-finals, and they'll now play the winners of Erlich/Ram vs. Lindstedt/Nieminen who play late on Wednesday.

The guys edged the first set after breaking for a a 3-1 lead, and held on to that advantage to take the set 6-3.

The second set was tighter, and despite failing to convert a break point in the third game, they were strong enough on their own serve to send it to a tie-break.

From 5-3 in front, they were pegged back to 5-5, before eventually wrapping up the victory on their opponents serve, the match lasting a fraction over one and a half hours.
