Hey guys...

So I got back to London last Wednesday after a disappointing trip to Hamburg and chilled out for a few days over the weekend…I did practice on Thursday with James Davidson aka Diesel Groover resulting in a cracked toe…never a good thing!  Went to get an x-ray the following morning just to make sure things were ok. They were.

I went out on Friday with some friends for some food and drinks…the all-star line up involved the harpoon (Benny Haran), Trotters (James Trotman), Bazza Cowan, “Smiles” Maclagan, Arvind Parmar and, of course, myself playing a leading role!  We went to Brinkleys just off the Fulham road and were provided with a good time…possibly even a great time!

The rest of the weekend involved me getting up way too early as Andy was getting a pool table delivered for his birthday! A necessity for his pad as he attempts to pimp it up! 

Started back training on Monday with Diesel and put some time in the gym to get those legs stronger! I’m gonna be here all week training before heading to Paris on Sunday…Feels good to have a bit of time at home to relax and work on my game a bit as it’s a long season.

Yesterday I hit with Ully in the afternoon and went to do Question of Sport in the evening at White City...not sure when it will get screened though…

I'm writing this just after lunch (heavy lentil vibe today), and by the time you read this I'll be out hitting with Ully, Aucks and Ross Hutchins.

"I watched the final in my flat with carlos....what a game! I couldn't enjoy the last hour of the game cuz I was so nervous...everytime Chelsea came forward I expected the worst!  Terry stepped up like a true captain and sent the keeper the wrong way..slipped and hit the post....possibly the unluckiest man alive at that moment!  You gotta feel for the guy.  But what a season for Man Utd....Champions of England and conquerors of Europe...Gotta love it!
